GXFitness Programmes

   
   

bpm active’s GXFitness Programmes are designed for boys and girls aged from 7-16 and are taught with current safe and effective principles providing fun and challenging workouts for all ability levels.

Led by professionally qualified instructors, these workouts are an excellent way for young people to engage with physical activity and try out new fitness and dance styles.

bpm active GXFitness Programmes are:

  • Non competitive and fully inclusive
  • Delivered in a way that children can understand, relate to, feel comfortable and successful with
  • Taught in line with up to date trends in dance, music, culture, fashion and fitness
  • Designed to develop social interaction and motivation and give a positive experience of group fitness
  • Adaptable for 5 and 6 year olds

Each session will include:

  • Warm up and cool down
  • Main cardiovascular/resistance section
  • Stretch component
  • Participation in a new Group Exercise class
  • A final routine including everything learnt in the lesson

bpm active GXFitness Programmes are great for:
